President’s Welcome
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Welcome, the Sagebrush Quilters\u2019 Guild in Kamloops, British Columbia acknowledges that we meet on the\u00a0 Tk’eml\u00faps te Secw\u00e9pemc territory, situated within the unceded ancestral lands of the Secw\u00e9pemc Nation. We honor and respect the people, the territory, and the land that houses our community.<\/p>\n

This year we are celebrating our 40th year of quilting fellowship and service to the community of Kamloops and surrounding area.<\/p>\n

The Sagebrush Quilters\u00a0 Guild meets at 7:00 pm on the second and fourth Monday September through June<\/strong> at St. Andrew\u2019s Presbyterian Church on Sixth Avenue.<\/p>\n

Our members practice traditional, modern, machine, and hand quilting.\u00a0 Meetings are a great place to learn, socialize and exchange ideas.\u00a0 We welcome quilters of all levels of experience.<\/p>\n

We strive to provide hands-on workshop opportunities and educational opportunities through guest lecturers and teachers.<\/p>\n

We are also committed to local charitable involvement through our Community Projects. Our focus the past several years has been to provide enough quilts to the Royal Inland Hospital Cancer Clinic for every chemotherapy patient that wishes one.<\/p>\n

We welcome all quilters, new and experienced alike, to join the Sagebrush Quilters Guild.<\/p>\n
